Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of being placed. Within Pakistan, we ship primarily through COD (Cash on Delivery) courier services.

A Note on COD Orders

Under standard COD courier policy, packages cannot be opened for inspection before payment is made — this is a rule set by the courier network, not by us. As the customer, you're entitled to return an item, but only after you've completed payment and the delivery has been acknowledged with the courier.

If you'd like to return or exchange your order, let us know once payment to the courier has been made, and you'll then need to send the package back to us at your own expense.

Please don't ask the delivery rider to open the package before paying — doing so isn't permitted under COD rules in Pakistan.
